We stayed here on 5/21. The room was clean and the views were beautiful. The staff was friendly. My issue is with overcharge of the room. I booked and prepaid through Expedia. When checking in, my card was billed for the room. When I brought this to their attention, instead of refunding, they charged my card again. I have now paid 3 times for 1 night stay. Every time I call, I’m told they are working on it. Almost 2 weeks later with no corrections made. Watch your room charges closely.

Our family loved all the hiking and outdoor options! We enjoyed the pool and paddle boarding at the hotel pond. It was especially nice having dining options located in the hotel.

Excellent coffee shop on site - staff are awesome! Nice sauna and hot tubs. Showers in the cabins could be better but overall the stay was very good. Highly recommended as this is a smaller facility as opposed to the larger “cruise” owned hotels in the area.
