"The check-in is in the castle, but our room was in a different building and the check-out is in the breakfast building. Although a bit far from Stockholm city, it is nevertheless easily reachable by metro/local train"

"One advantage of having a petty aristocracy is lots of castles around. This 1800s castle and grounds has been converted into a convention center and hotel. The rooms (in t the servants quarters) were clean and comfortable (with a real double bed!) but somewhat dated, the prize is the breakfast in the main house.

"Riktigt bra hotell som jag bott på flera gånger. Denna gång hade vi med hund, stort plus för att man får sitta i en del av serveringen med hunden. Alla som jobbar här är jättetrevliga och får både oss och hunden att kännas oss välkomna, också stort plus.
Hade dock varit bra att städa golvet varje dag, speciellt i rummen man har hund.
Utöver det mer än nöjda. Bra frukost, bra tillträde till gratis gym, är man tidig får man lätt parkering. Personalen är riktigt hjälpsam om man har frågor. Rekommenderar verkligen det här hotellet om man vill bo nära centrala och få riktigt bra service. Tryggt och säkert hotell 😊"

"Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best.
The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead.
If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas!

"No one available on arrival to let me in and phone number on door didn’t work. Came back an hour later 18:00 and someone did answer the door. Advised wrong room and walking into occupied room. Back to reception for an alternative key/room.
Shower head was broken so didn’t stay up. Not very good for showering. "
