“Contacting the person to check in was not the problem, the problem was getting a room that the air conditioning was not working at all not even turning on , I got changed to a last minute room where the person was still mopping and floors were all wet ended up being muddy. “The property was very nice. the view from the roof top terrace was killer. the communication was a little slow with but he did answer. Some things such as wifi how to access some of the amenities should have been sent before check in. I had to buy batteries for the remote controls for the televisions. There was plenty of places within the neighborhood that was easy to walk to. The real draw back was no HOT water. I like to take a hot shower and the water was cold to cool at best. other than that……
