"The stay was perfect! The room is clean and tidy, very spacious indeed. And the pool within the room is definitely unforgettable. The staff are very helpful too, they’ll bring you the takeaways that you’ve ordered online. The only thing to be improved, is the lift lobby… It will surely be an even better experience if the lift lobby can be renovated and upgraded too!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and efficient throughout my visit. The breakfast had a very good selection with plenty of choices to enjoy each morning. The room is very big n linen very fresh n clean. The top floor restaurant 川上 food is delicious too. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everywhere I needed to go. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"酒店房間比想像的大，床品舒服，前台免費升級了房型，為生日住客送上生日蛋糕，非常貼心。唯一不足是沐浴時發現淋浴提供的水溫只有37度，查詢之後，酒店回覆是整間酒店統一淋浴水溫是37度，這種做法有點奇怪。翌日，師傅維修後水溫可供自由選擇。"
