Beautiful Hotel with Great Potential — 3 Stars
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a wonderful lake view, great location, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a gym and Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was unusable because there were literally hundreds, if not thousands, of mosquitoes around and in it.
Overall cleanliness was disappointing. The lobby floors were dirty, and our room showed signs of neglected housekeeping—hair on the bathroom floor, dirty corners, and crumbs around the coffee and tea area.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which repeatedly woke us during the night with loud rattling noises. We reported it several times, but the problem was not properly resolved. We eventually had to turn it off and leave the window slightly open to get through the second night.
To their credit, the hotel did agree to provide a 15% discount from the original price because of these issues. We are still waiting to see if the refund is actually processed.
Overall, this is a beautiful property with tremendous potential, but it is lacking attention to cleanliness and maintenance. For these reasons, I give it 3 stars. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money we paid for our stay.

"This property was perfect for what we needed. We were 4 families with 15 people total. We were able to divide bedrooms to where each set of parents had their own room and each kid had their own bed (with the youngest child sharing a room with her parents). It was the perfect launching point for everything ..."

"This place was very clean and a good location in the area. We really enjoyed the bar and the big open spaces for gathering. There were small discrepancies in the listing/photos (the yard is not fenced in and there is no foosball table anymore) But overall we were very happy with the accommodations. ..."
