The Jamaican lady at the front desk at night was very nice to me and family during our check-in. Parking is an issue. Right off the freeway. Definitely hard to exit out the parking lot. Close to UC. My family enjoyed the breakfast. Overall it served its purpose.

This hotel was priced well below the Downtown hotel prices. It’s 5mins outside the downtown area, and right off the thruway. It was perfect for our trip. Only red flag is the amount of homeless people in the area, but no issues. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

We stayed there for two nights. We needed sheets for the pullout couch. Staff member gave us a set. Needed a remote with new batteries. Got one no p. Checking in and out the staff was super friendly. Room was nice and the parking was good. There were plenty of gas stations and good eating places nearby. So was the zoo. Interstate was right there. No reason not to stay here.
