“Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.”

“The carpet less room was clean. Bed comfortable. Amenities were basic but useful. Breakfast was okay...waffles, eggs, yogurt, muffins, assorted breads, breakfast drinks. Staff member "CC" was very helpful. The price was right too.”

“Entire complex is outdated and smells like cigarettes. Tub and sink needed a good scrubbing, shampoo and body wash containers were empty. Rooms are not cleaned and refreshed until checkout, had to ask for clean towels and coffee refills at the desk. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom, stains on the ceiling. Unless your are in town for the casino, would not recommend.”

The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries. The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and……

“The room was decent and the staffs during the morning shift were helpful and very caring for my family needs. The breakfast was delicious and we were satisfied before going out in adventure. During the afternoon/evening trip back to the hotel, the staff working there and wasn’t too helpful with my needs as my parents wanted some information. Later on, he decided to make it right but overall, our experience wasn’t really satisfying. Everything else and the staffs in the morning shift was able to……
