“We mistakenly came while a game was going on and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel as roads were blocked and none of the officers would move them even though we had a reservation and had to use the road to get to the hotel. Other than that it was wonderful and they gave us a ballpark view which the kids lived.”

“Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area.”

The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.”

“The room could have been cleaner, we found hair in the bed, and the floors wasn’t that clean, however the staff was absolutely amazing! And super friendly which made us look over a room that wasn’t 110% clean.”

“There was no parking in the hotel parking lot. Had to park in Casino lot a walk a very long way. This was especially difficult when you are handicapped. The room was ok once we got to it. The front desk was not very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. When we asked where to park she said the lot was full and we should park on the street. Still a long walk if we had done that. We parked in the Casino garage but had we know there was a garage across the street and a elevator to the……

“One lady at desk was helpful. Said had shuttle to airport but no shuttle 30 bucks for Uber. A/C sounded like a train no sleep. Wouldn't recommend”
