"The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. I suggest parking you car in the beautiful parking garage for your stay then walk or take public transportation (very convenient). This property...

It’s close to the ball park only a short walk and the bed and shower are great! It was one of the best night sleeps I had on our trip. I’m going to look for IHG hotels in the future. "

"The stay was perfect for my team members for our annual mid-year meeting. The location was great for individuals new to the area... the location is next to many bars and restaurants in addition to Washington Park. "
"This OTR apartment is located within walking distance to a month’s worth of bars, restaurants and shops. It was clean, comfortable, stylishly decorated and well equipped with thoughtful amenities. There was no noticeable street noise during our stay. Street parking can be a pain but the unit comes with a parking pass at a nearby (2 min walk) garage that makes the best out of the situation. The unit is well represented by the description and pictures. The host was responsive although we had no issues during our stay. Despite near record high temperatures, the HVAC kept the space cool, though it was somewhat noisy. Light sleepers may notice this. The owner is addressing the issue."

"The hotel offers nice, clean rooms, and we loved the breakfast. It is located in downtown with many options of dining around. One thing we haven’t been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldn’t request one because we've booked the room through a third party. However, we realized that we don’t need a refrigerator as we had an ice machine close to our room to keep the drinking water cold. I recommend "

"We had a great experience staying at the Sophia Lofts! Our apartment was very clean and nice. Although, the best part was the customer service! They were very friendly and quick to answer any all questions. They even brought over clean sheets for us due to us having 7 in our party, so that we could use them on the couch and air mattresses if we needed to. The neighborhood wasn’t the greatest area, but the apartment and staff make up for it. Also, with 3 locked doors to get into the apartment, we never felt unsafe. I highly recommend! "
