"The hotel is truly wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished so that nothing is missing. The view from the window is incredible. Despite the heavy traffic outside, the room is very quiet—you can’t hear the neighbors or any noise from the corridor. The bedding was changed every other day. Breakfasts were varied, and everyone can find something they like. It’s a 15-minute walk to the metro and 10 minutes to a shopping center. There are always taxis available right outside the hotel, and a bus stop is just 200 meters away. The staff are excellent—helpful but never intrusive. The spa area is fantastic: a spacious sauna, steam room, nature-sound shower, ice cabin, and a large pool. Best of all, the pool is never crowded. It’s a wonderful place to relax. The hotel is truly comfortable, and we didn’t miss a thing. Thank you!"

Food at the hotel was on the pricey end, but the service was truly impeccable. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were amazing. Hotel decor was immaculate. Spa services were great. Overall the hotel stay was beyond our expectations and more. Looking forward to visiting again. "

"Hotelin konumu olsun, odaları olsun her şeyi çok güzel. Özellikle personelin bu kadar kibar ve tatlı olması takdir edilesi. Biz kahvaltıyı da beğendik. Yeterince seçenek sunuluyordu. Hele Habibe Şefin omletini yemeden gitmeyin! Bizi çok rahatsız eden durum ise otopark! Daha önceden hotel misafiri olarak otoparkın kullanımı dahildi. Sonradan türlü değişiklikler yapıldı. En son kullanmadığımız vale servisi icin fatura yazmışlar plakamıza. Güzel konaklamızın içine ettiler diyebilirim. "

"Rooms were lovely, kept clean and the staff on reception/ restaurant was aleays helpful. Very good for visiting aroynd iatanbul with the metro line so close to hotel, and only 4 stops away from kaikoy so easy to get over to the europe side for sight seeing also. Only a 10 min taxi ride to all good shoppping malls amd the kids theame mall hula lupa is amazi g need 2 days there. Also conected via a bridge to a outlet shoppi g centre and food hall. Great ootion overall. Also on metroline straight from saw airport."
