“No me gusto la limpieza y el personal un lugar muy sucio lleno de polvo y mugre por todos lados, el personal racista y discriminador, no se si por ser hispana o por ser mujer, pero el trato fue muy malo, sobre todo cuando me queje de que mi habitación estaba muy sucia, no lo re recomiendo hay mejores hoteles que este "resort"!!”

“This may sound like a backhanded compliment, but there was nothing spectacular about this hotel. However, everything about it was very very, very good! And sometimes, that's perfect! The hospitality was exceptional, complementary breakfast was outstanding, and the pool is in better condition than most big brand hotels out there.
