“The pictures online do not reflect the current condition of the unit. They are old file pictures. The condition is tired and it was in need of an update. The lock box in the unit was out of order. The entry door lock seemed flimsy and this one didn't have electronic access lock. The shower leaked slowly with water on the floor constantly. The kitchen sink cabinet smelled moldy. The curtains were difficult to open and close they were due for updating also! A far cry from luxury...the unit view……

“This was our second time staying in Buenaventura. This condo was beautifully decorated, located in one of the best locations for families, and was very spacious. The amenities are exactly as the host described and Alexander was available for any questions the entire stay. Our group consisted of a wide age range from young children to grandparents and the condo was perfect for all. “We stayed in the 2‑bedroom suite, and the property itself is absolutely lovely, tucked away at the end of a quiet street. The suite was modern, spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the necessities—and more. Although we didn’t use the pool or the outdoor BBQ area, the shared outdoor spaces were beautifully maintained and very inviting.
