Old, historical 2-family house "Il Torrione", 3 storeys. In the centre of Osteno 6 km from the centre of Porlezza, traffic calmed area, 20 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 5 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Lugano" 23 km, pebble beach 300 m, shingle beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15.5 km, riding stable 5.5 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Grotte di Rescia, Cascate di Begna, Menaggio, Lugano, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 16 km. Hiking paths: Intelvi Valley 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. At the ground floor there is a bar.

Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Wir waren sechs Tage dort. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Wir waren als Familie dort. Kinder 3 und 6. Mit Kinderwagen wäre es dort jedoch etwas schwierig gewesen. Einmal Ausflug nach Lugano auf den San Sebastiano. Sonst ist dort für die Verköstigung alles vorhanden. Nette kleine Bar gleich im Erdgeschoss. 50 Meter zum nächsten Restaurant in dem es mittags einige Gerichte mehr gab als abends ‚nur‘ ausgezeichnete Pizza. 250 Meter zum öffentlichen Badeufer. Ein Spaziergang hoch nach Claino über den ‚Mulipfad‘ zum Wasserfall ist sehr zu empfehlen und auch mit kleinen Kinderfüßen gut zu schaffen. Alles in allem für einen einwöchigen Urlaub prima mit kurzweiligen Ausflügen nach Porlezza oder Lugano. Gerne wieder

Absolut empfehlenswert
Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und besitzt jede notwendige Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sensationell, beide Bars des Ortes sind mit einmal umfallen zu erreichen, eine befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Parkplätze sind immer verfügbar, der Strand ist in 5 Gehminuten oder auch per SUP vom Bootsanleger aus zu erreichen. Auch die Schweiz (Lugano) ist mit dem Auto in 20 Min. zu erreichen. Ausspannen, Wandern, Baden, Sonnen. Wie e einem gefällt. Perfekt.

Ein ruhiger Ort, um zu entspannen und spazieren gehen. Wenige Lokalitäten um Essen zu gehen.
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick vom Balkon.
