"Elena was very friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. One guest in our party was disappointed with the small TV in the room. The pool was nice. "The hotel is located in a good area - about 5 minute walk to Como Borghi train station (which you can arrive to from Milan) and close to a bus stop to get into Como town as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great - lots of choice, especially for vegetarians (pastries, yoghurt, fruit, eggs, cereal etc) The room was spacious and clean. We loved being able to use the pool on the rooftop and there are lovely views. It costs €2.50 for pool towels. A perfect base for relaxing and exploring Como too! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The hotel is very scenic and the grounds are lovely especially the pool area. Staff are very helpful too, room was perfect, good size and comfy bed. You can relax here all day and the views are amazing. It’s a bit of a walk up so recommend coming by car/taxi but going down is ok and a supermarket at the bottom and bus stop where you can get to town within 10 mins and Varese nord station. The only negative is the food, it just wasn’t to my liking and good value. I would definitely come back."
