Staff was pleasant at check in. Overall condition of property was showing signs of wear. Cleanliness was two being generous. We did not use pool or have breakfast.

Our stay was very good! It was clean, modern, and super comfortable. The location is fantastic. The staff were so kind and helpful. The only downfall for us was that the beds were not full queens, so it was a bit of a challenge to get a good nights sleep. Everything else was great!

The location is convenient. The room had issues with bathroom, toilet can continually the shower had a very slow drain that left tub dirty. Our room faced the street had a lot of traffic noise.

Room was okay, a few unclean parts but bearable. The waffle mix was hard to get moving and waffles had troubles coming from iron, juice wasn’t real, more like a tang mix (at least orange juice) there was complementary water and they did have a nice hard to find fitness room

For the price the property was good. The only issue( and a BIG ONE) during our three day stay was the shower water was like warm at best and on the second day we had NO hot water. Several functions were in town so in the evening parking was horrible! Way to many charging stations for electric cars. I didn't see one being charged during our stay. Would I go back, NO, too many other hotels in Midland to pick from.

"We came up to ride quads and dirt bikes, unfortunately, my husband flipped a quad the first night, so the rest of the nights we spent by the water, and sitting outside by the fire. This was perfect for relaxing and the host was very good with communicating."
