“The hotel ran out of soap. we had to ask for washcloths (room didnthave any). we bought our own soap and no hot water (showers were lukewarm).”

“Not a full service hotel but they charged for parking. It’s only $12 a day but a complete joke. Parking lot was not even close to full. Needs some work if you’re going to charge for it. No elevator but it’s only a two story hotel. All I have to say is you get what you pay for!”

“Great stay”

“Staff were so friendly. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Pool was nice and relaxing. Room overlooked the gondola. Location was walkable to our favorite restaurant, gondola and hiking/biking paths and the ski resort. Loved staying here and will be staying again in the future.”

“Clean facility”

“Very good location so we could walk all over the town. The front service man was terrific. He gave suggestions about food and activities. We could tell he really enjoyed his job.”

“Very basic room, with microwave and mini-fridge. Very clean. A great value for the price in a very expensive area. I would stay there again. Breakfast was simple but completely adequate.”

“Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.”
