The Inn could use some updates , but overall not bad. We stayed in a suite which had an unusual lay out...closet at other end of the door , no where to hang items in actual bedroom ( hook on back of door , only one night stand ( there is room for another) Full size mirror in an odd place and bathroom door should have enough space under it to open and close door with bath mat in place ( very very tight tiny bathroom ) Staff was accommodating ( we needed a wine opener and cheese knife which they procured upon request) Back door security access was not operating so anyone could come on in and use pool, have breakfast etc...Front desk gentleman could smile a bit, he seemed not happy to be there. BreaKfast was good. Location is good.

The property was fine for the price. We were out all day, had dinner at night, then retired to the room which was fine. Do not expect to be excited about the pool area if you have kids. The free breakfast and 24/7 coffee, hot chocolate and tea were great. The sitting area was nice for me to get out of the room and get some work done in private. All in all a thumbs up for the price.

Clean, quiet and comfortable with easy access to Steamboat base area via the orange line bus. Rates are insane so right now it's for those that have no choice or those that aren't bothered by $400 a night for a non-luxury hotel.

A very convenient place with free breakfast right on the line for the bus to the mountain. The hot tub was a bit dirty one day but the next day it was clean. We probably caught it right before it’s scheduled cleaning. It was very warm and relaxing. Also the beds are comfy and there is a fridge in the room!

Check in was terrible. I had booked 2 rooms, only to be told i had only booked one and to contact Expedia The person at the desk did bot try to solve the issue. Not sure if iwill keep booking through Expedia.
