“All was nice. Staff excellent and professional. Would stay there again. One thing I should mention in the information when booking it advertises breakfast included. It was a disappointment. Only coffee, packaged OJ, packaged pastries and a granola bar. Other than that, it’s a very nice place to stay and very reasonable. ”

“This was a fairly brand new hotel that just opened recently in Steamboat Springs. It’s in a great area where you see the ski resorts from the pool/hot tubs and in front more mountains plus the Yampa River across the street. City Market, Safeway, Starbucks, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, dominos were all a walk away. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were great. There was a lot going on and the hotel was packed but you wouldn’t have known because it was super quiet……

“I liked that this didn't seem like a "run-of-the-mill" Holiday Inn! (Not that I object to them, but it was interesting to stay in a more unusual facility.) I had liked the way it looked online, and it was well represented. This hotel is on an expansive campus, with indoor and outdoor pools. It's also out of the town, which we liked. “After being booked here after Expedia overbooked at the place we were supposed to be. The young gentleman greeted us and explained all the amenities available. Drinks at the bar were perfect. The food was exceptional. I would recommend people to stay here if they are planning to visit Grand Lake”

“Cabin was clean and neat. Staff asked if we need additional bedding stuff. They City market just beside the property. Only thing they should mention clearly on listing that AC is not available and they should provide table fans instead of small fan in bedroom.”

Front desk people seemed so bored and unconcerned about life. As I always do upon reserving any hotel room is ask for 1st floor or close to the elevator. “They property was run down, smells and is dirty. The rooms are dirty and furniture is loose and falling apart. Doors unsealed and water goes from warm to cold. Outside is broken cement everywhere paint chipping off building. Pictures are a lie.”
