“Property grounds and common areas were in excellent condition. We enjoyed the outdoor pools, hot tub, and barbecue grills. Our room was great. No air conditioning, but fans were provided. We would definitely recommend this property for an extended stay.”

“We got there a little late, and we had no way of contacting anybody. I had to dig through pretty detailed information after logging on to a site to find a security manager that was able to come over and let us into the room. Usually, he told us that they leave keys in boxes and send emails out to people who are going to be late or haven't shown up on checkout time before they leave. I didn't get any of those. The next morning, the checkout was supposed to open at 8:00, and I waited till 8:40……

“We had a great experience at Kutuk… Here are my takeaways: - easy quick walk to the base, there wasn’t much snow when we were there so probably even more convenient when there is a good snow year. I would not call it ski in or ski out, but in a good snow year it’s close to being a ski out. - our unit was very well stocked. It had everything we needed. The unit was a bit outdated, but was great to have so much space for our clothes in the dressers and wardrobes. It was a comfortable unit. -……
