This apartment is located in a very unique location - the middle of nowhere! Town is a 15 minute drive.We had problems with the microwave not working but otherwise a nice stay.

Great house, bad communication

The radiator in the bathroom was stuck at full heat the entire trip, in summer. We couldn't turn it off. We asked the host for help, and they never responded.

Die Aufenthalt war angenehm. Der Check-In unkompliziert und die Wohnung sauber. Die Abrechnung der Kurtaxe hat nicht geklappt (haben dann direkt mit der Kurbetriebsgesellschaft abgerechnet) und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schwierig, da man nach dem Check-In keine Antwort mehr bekam!

Wir waren schon öfter in Altenau, aber diese Fewo konnte nicht begeistern!Angefangen beim Check-In, der komplett online stattgefunden hat. Infos wie das automatische Schließen der Eingangstüren am Abend oder eine genaue und akurate Beschreibung der Wohnung innerhalb des großen Wohnkomplexes haben gefehlt.Während unseres Aufenthalts hat der Geschirrspüler nicht funktioniert und trotz Anrufen und SMS gab es keine Regung des Eigentümers. Das Doppelbett ist Reparaturbedürftig. Mitten in der Nacht sind 6 Latten aus dem Lattenrost gerutscht, die wir dann einfach wieder eingeschoben haben. Eine Nacht später waren sie wieder draußen und einer von uns schlief ab dann auf dem Sofa.Infos zur Kurtaxe oder Kur-Karten dafür gab es vor Ort keine, also haben wir leider auch keine Kurtaxe hinterlegt.Über Weihnachtsdeko im Hochsommer lässt sich ebenfalls streiten.Alles in allem leider nicht überzeugend, um noch einmal in den Rosenhirsch zu kommen.

Nicht zu empfehlen – sehr enttäuschend

Leider gestaltete sich die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung äußerst schwierig. Auf unsere Nachrichten wurde entweder sehr spät oder gar nicht reagiert.Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung weder aufgeräumt noch gereinigt. Die Toilette war verschmutzt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren bereits benutzt, die Betten nicht gemacht. Zudem roch die gesamte Wohnung stark nach Zigarettenrauch, der selbst durch intensives Lüften nicht zu beseitigen war. Aufgrund der geringen Größe der Wohnung war der Geruch überall präsent.Ich habe den Zustand umgehend der Vermieterin gemeldet. Eine Rückmeldung erhielten wir jedoch erst, nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert hatte. Am selben Abend bekamen wir zwar frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher, jedoch waren diese noch feucht und rochen muffig. Uns wurde außerdem zugesichert, dass am nächsten Tag jemand zur Reinigung kommen würde – leider vergeblich, es erschien niemand.Auch die versprochene Rückerstattung der Reinigungsgebühr haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten.Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm und ungemütlich. Wir mussten die Wohnung selbst gründlich reinigen, um es einigermaßen erträglich zu machen. Eine Weiterempfehlung kann ich daher keinesfalls aussprechen.

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, inkl. Weihnachtskissen. Die Küche ist für den Anfang gut ausgestattet, es gibt u.a. Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasser- und Kaffemaschine. Spüllmittel, Lappen und Küchenrolle waren ebenfalls da. Wir haben mit 5 Personen für 2 Nächte gebucht, Bettwäsche und Handtücher allerdings nur für 4 Pers. bekommen. Zum Glück hatten unsere Kinder ihre Kuscheldecke und große Kuscheltiere mit. Die Schlafmöglichkeit für die 5te Pers. war das Schlafsofa. Meine Kinder haben sich damit abgewechselt. Mehr als zwei Nächte würde ich auf dem Sofa allerdings nicht schlafen wollen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr klein und hellhörig. Der Kontakt per App ist schwierig, es wurde auf Anfragen 1x nach 2 Tagen und das 2te mal garnicht geantwortet. Das daraufhin folgende Telefonat war allerdings sehr nett und aufschlussreich. Draußen sind viele Hundebesitzer unterwegs. Hunde müssen in dem Ferienpark stets angeleint bleiben. Insgesamt eine schöne kleine Wohnung, kann sie für paar Tage Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen.

Nett und sauber

Die Wohnung ist ganz nett und ganz in Ordnung. Alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt ist vorhanden. Es sind hier und da ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht 100% sind, aber alles in allem gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Saubere, gepflegte Wohnung mit kleinen Gebrauchsspuren hier und da. Bleibt glaub nicht aus. Mängel wurden direkt entgegengenommen und sicherlich schnellsmöglich beseitigt. Leider ist die Umgebung nicht mehr so schön wie früher wegen der ganzen abgestorbenen. Das hat aber natürlich mit der Wohnung nix zu tun. Bäumen .

Alles super

Alles super, schöne kleine Wohnung, gut gelegen, sauber, ordentlich, gut eingerichtet. Das einzige, was ein bisschen schade ist, ist, dass das sehr kleine Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat, was aber auf Grund der Lage des Raumes auch gar nicht möglich ist. Mit geöffneten Türen ist aber auch das kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
