Walking distance to beach through gardens. Off road parking.
Room clean and roomy but over the bath shower not suitable for old people.
Would not recommend the restaurant for dinner but a good choice of breakfast items.

The hotel is fine but they hiked up the price so much because it was university drop off weekend and Women’s’ England World Rugby. We had no choice but to book this hotel as all others were booked up and it was probably quadruple the normal rate. Then on top of that they charged us for parking and there was no breakfast included. Very disappointing.

Lovely place. Very convenient and well designed.
We were very disappointed that the pool was ' Closed until further notice ', as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel over others nearby.

Staff were lovely. Hotel really needs modernising and updating. The carpets were disgusting in the corridors. Upholstery needs cleaning. Shame as the location and the building itself is very good. Could be wonderful. Drive needs replacing.

"The staff was helpful, the room large and fairly clean. Housekeeping was provided on a daily basis. The downside, there is no elevator, so if you are on the 1st floor and have knee issues, there is an issue. Toiletries are sparse and the room does not come with a microwave or mini fridge."
