Nice staff but some small issues

Hotel was nice so was staff but upon arrival found blood stains on bed cover and had a hard time driving in parking lot due to snow and ice. Out of 5 I give 3 1/2 stars

Really nice. Easy access to rooms.

They pay attention to details. Only thing I don't like is when the cleaning crews try to clean b4 I check out.

Better than expected. Staff listened and responded

Pros: Location, staff, price, and neatness were well trained and available. The public use computer was personally helpful for information searches. Snacks were available at the front desk (economy priced) as well as vending area. Free breakfast area was well attended and stocked. 24 hour coffee and tea beverage area (also free). A difficult room issue next to my assigned room was handled with care.
Cons: Sink and tub drain plugs didn't work. Clock wasn't reset to daylight savings time.
Location: Located at public bus stops for two counties with separate city bus systems. Highway/interstate easy access; public computer on site; tour info.

Checked in hotel had no running water they lied

They lied about city not having water it was the hotel

When we initially encounter the issue, we were informed it was problem in city line. It was not until later when city came out and checked and informed us what the actual issue was. Please understand this was an unseen event, if hotel were to be aware of the problem, we would have never checked in people. Once we knew the issue, we stopped our check in process and helped customer's relocate. Thank you for staying with us.

Nice Quiet Stay

Location: Good location and easy access.
The staff is helpful and always present. I did not have to wait until 3pm to get in to my room. The building is older with not too sunny yellow walls, worn wool carpet, and nice art (yes, it matters). Rooms have microwave, fridge, iron, hair dryer, alarm clock, AC, and TV with remote. Showers are wonderful hot and strong. The hotel location and access is great. And the best part, the rooms are quiet with no loud traffic, voices, or slamming doors. A good place to sleep.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Bathroom was still dirty. Breakfast was totally bad and the wifi service was terrible.

Great front desk staff...Great waffles!

Pros: Very friendly front desk staff and delicious waffles in the morning.
Cons: Something to heat water in my room so I could make my own coffee. Free breakfast was nice to have but VERY basic aside from the fantastic waffels.
Location: Location was fine and central enough for me with a rental car. Very close to Lincoln Electric where I was going to welding school...very convenient.

Would stay again if we're ever back in the area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and there was a waffle station at breakfast. You get great value for your money.

Older hotel with nice staff

Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is definitely older and could us an upgrade. However, the older decor means that the rates are low, so if you're looking for a bargain, this is the place for you. The front desk staff are friendly and eager to please - they even called me after I got to the room to make sure the room was OK! On check-in, they have you sign their noise policy about not having loud parties and other disruptions, and I really appreciate that. The WiFi was a little weak, but it's free. The AC in the room was a bit noisy, but again, given the age of the place, that is expected. The breakfast is simple - cereal, toast, bagels, coffee.

Cost-value ok

The room was ok for the price, this is a one night hotel just for rest during the trip, the bed is ok and clean, the bathroom was ok only the seat was really old need to be replaced room 141 also we kill a huge spider above the bed so it need to be fumigated. The cleaning lady doesnt understand the "Do not disturb" sign, and knock on all the doors asking if someone is there at 9 am and after you respond do not disturb she just start barcking that the check out is at 11... So please ask her to learn how to read the sign...
