Just perfect for us
We were visiting the Cleveland Clinic and needed a comfortable "home away from home" close to the Clinic. This apartment was perfect for us and we will hope to rent it again if we have to return. And if we return, I hope it's in the summer as the location along Lake Erie is beautiful and we'll enjoy the pool and the promenade along the lake. The apartment has lovely furnishings and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. As older folks, we also appreciated a well heated and cozy environment with TVs we could actually operate. Convenient parking in a secure lot was also a plus. Five stars in every way.

Convenient location to downtown
We love the property it is a great location for us when come to visit Cleveland. The beds were comfortable, it had all the amenities we needed. We are a family of four. Even though it was a small apartment, it fit our needs, very cozy and clean. Barbara was a great host, it was our first time Vrbo and staying in a high rise was a bit confusing with all the codes but she was prompt in answering all of my questions within minutes. Definitely will stay there again when we come to town to visit.

Nice experience, BUT!
When making the decision to stay at this property, I was very impressed with the pictures pertaining to the property. Never in a million years did I expect our view would be of Route 90. I was excited to be able to look out our window to see the Lake. That never happened except with the breakfast we cooked in the family lounge on the first floor. The apartment was considerably barren as it pertained to necessities. No salt, no sugar, no corkscrew, very few glasses and coffee mugs. The WiFi password listed on the wall was in all capital letters, only to find out that the entire password was to be typed completely in lower case letters. Our host was outstanding in responding to questions or texts! The sadness for us was these little things really detracted from what could have been so much better. The fact that the apartment wasn't lake view was the biggest disappointment by far. People should know this beforehand. So, this could have been oh so much more.

Clean and location
Pros: This apartment was absolutely spotless! So clean and nicely decorated! The kitchen had just about everything you could need, the tvs were nice and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable! Even the bed In the pull out couch wasn’t too bad for a pull out! Barbara was so kind and was quick to answer questions. Communication was great:) getting in to the apartment was very easy once we figured it out. The location is perfect! We were only 5 mins from first energy! It has a nice area to view the lake too:) I never saw the Adirondack chairs and fire pit as was shown in the photo but we didn’t go looking around. It was probably in an area we didn’t explore. Cons: for an overnight, we did run out of toilet paper pretty quickly. And we weren’t sure what to do with the trash but ended up finding a trash shoot that was overflowing and trash everywhere. Overall a very pleasant experience! Would definitely come back!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung war super sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Wir konnten in den Pool und an Wasser. Die Lage ist Top. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut.
