Clifton Vacations from $940

Unsafe area, pictures are not honest, this hotel should not even be listed on any website, it’s rated as a 3 star, when it shouldn’t be a 1 star. Washroom was filthy, sink drains onto the same floor where one takes a shower, which is right next to the toilet, no separation whatsoever. The shower water leaks into the room. There was no hot water, and it could apparently not be fixed. The door lock was broken and we were told it could only be fixed the next day, so we had to insist to get it fixed on the spot, as we had to get to an event, which we missed because of this. They expected us to leave all our luggage in there with the door unlocked.

Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort. Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils. Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered) Checkin is 3 pm. And takes them an hour to process sudden influx of new guests. Check out is 12 next day. But water activities start 2 pm... Good to mention (food from DHABA restaurant & room service food, quality and timed) wifi connection,

The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly.

Room 414 very disappointing experience / poor cleanliness. Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained. The reception staff were also unprofessional and did not communicate properly. I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time after a long international journey. Instead of clearly explaining that early check-in was not available, they repeatedly told me to wait another ten minutes. I waited for around 30 minutes, only to be told that check-in was not until 2:00 pm. I understand the check-in policy, but the way the staff handled the situation was frustrating and disrespectful. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were well below what I expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the hotel for future guests.
