"Front desk lady was rude when I arrived, the room wasn’t ready so I had to come back in an hour. When I came back the small lobby was packed and the 2 front desk employees took forever to check people in. The lobby isn’t welcoming and the building is older. The floor I was on smelled strongly of cleaner. The room itself was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again."

"This is a new hotel. Great location within walking distance to The Newport on the Levee community. Lots of food options in the area. Hot Breakfast each day. 2 restaurants. The lobby bar/grill has a sweet happy hour. DO take advantage! The rooftop bar is awesome and huge. Enough space/seating for everyone. Room was clean. Stove top and Full size fridge. Utensils/pots/pans/plates etc. Close to bus stop. Had a great time. Would definitely return"

"The bedroom was clean, but the carpet had an old, musty smell. Also, the cart wouldn't roll properly, making it very difficult to use."

"The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!"
