"They never came to clean the room in 2 weeks. I had to ask for towels and t.p. The bed felt like a rock and the sheets did not fit, too small. Only a few people could understand me when I tried to ask for help. I just gave up and stuck it out. I've stayed here in the past. Don't know if it changed ..."
