The property is located right on the coast with beach access within a gated community. It has view of the sea, the marina and a nice promenade. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance of our unit and they even offer golf cart pick-up if you have mobility issues to get you wherever you want to go. The only difficulty we had was finding the check-in office within the complex. The host manager came to us and assisted us promptly and check-in was then smooth. He even led us to our unit, helped with our bags, and showed us our spot within the parking garage just steps from our unit. Wi-fi, showers, decorations, and furniture were all excellent. The unit even had a washer and dryer which was very helpful! Wish we could have stayed longer. It is also a very short drive to Old Town Kotor and/or the Cable Cars, but without the parking hassles or high prices.
