In a VERY run down section of town. Room was extremely small. No room to put anything on bathroom counter. No carpet on floor. Not a travel friendly room at all. People raced through parking lot in wee hours of morning. UGLY place

Room next to us seemed like an "hourly rate" room
Got there at 4:15pm and the lobby door was locked. When I tried checking in, the girl working the front desk got almost hysterical because we had booked a room with a king bed and she only had one on the other side of the complex. She kept trying to change it to a room with 2 beds because "over there is where we put the locals and they're BAD" and said over and over she didn't know what to do. Judging from what happened that night, I can only assume she meant the "local" side of the complex is where they put the "pay by the hour" guests. I told her to just give me the room with the king bed since we were only there to sleep. The room looked decent enough, but the hot water was lukewarm at best. When we got back to our room that night, the door to the room was cracked open, but luckily nothing was taken. I should have listened about the "locals" because the woman in the room next to us had a...FUN night. I was constantly woken up by obvious noises and thought her bedframe was going to come through the wall. Overall, didn't sleep, didn't feel safe, and wanted to leave ASAP. Maybe the other side of the complex is okay, but if you know guests are "bad" why would you keep giving them rooms?

Spend the money and stay at a non budget motel.
Things that need to be improved- Some things upgraded, others not…like putting lipstick on a pig. Hairdryer was so filthy that I chose to leave my hair dirty rather than touch it! Clock was not working, A/C-heat was a old window type unit set into a wall. It cycled on and off with a loud clunk every time. Woke me several times. The units are accessed from front parking and rude people slammed their car doors all night long. A car alarm went off at 2 a.m. and the trains along with the highway noise made for a very sleepless night. The evening desk clerk was unsure if there would be breakfast because “ not very many people were staying there” huh?!!! Sure enough, no breakfast and not even a bagged carry out offered. If the listing states breakfast.. I want it, no excuses!

This place is so bad, the room smelled disgusting with smoke, there were dead flies all over the room, as soon as we pulled in a crackhead walked up to us trying to intimidate. Just not safe at all. To add to it, the manager is terrible. We walked into the room and walked right out and they refused to refund me despite their dirty rooms that I did not stay in... Don't waste your time or money on this place. Literally go anywhere else and you will have a more pleasant experience. 0 stars!

The Econolodge chain of hotels is budgety, so you know what to expect. It was about as one would think it should be for the price......a decent deal for the money. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for the "season" in early July with lots of hot weather still ahead!

The ladies do a great job of cleaning the rooms. They're very nice, quiet, and have everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The continental breakfast is enough to get you on the road, and the coffee, milk, cereal, and juices are good. It's a good place to stay.

Old outdated room, and the room was $90 a night its a rip off and hotels.com is apart of the price Scam so no wonder people is out there killing kids or people its because when you make someone mad thats what happens there will be consequences 🙂 🙃

It is a clean and decent no frills hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Breakfast is really more of an offering of morning snack than a breakfast. Three types of cereal offered (Frosted flakes, Raisin Bran, Fruit Loops [I think]), oatmeal packets, waffles mix and griddle, juices (orange, apple, something I cannot recall), milk, coffee, and assorted muffins, danishes, bagels, and bread. There was plain cream cheese, peanut butter, and jellies available as well. The walls are thin and you can easily hear everything! I took a Benadryl and used my bi-pap and slept well. For my week long trip it was inexpensive and convenient so, it worked well. For breakfast options in the area there is Don Maria’s a little pricey but good food. They also have a drive thru! My favorite is Mamacita’s!!! So freaking delicious!!! The price is reasonable too! Both places are on Prince Street. So, if you are needing a place to stay overnight as you travel this hotel will likely fit the bill. I hope this helps.

Nice rooms!
Pleasantly surprised! Very nice rooms for an Econolodge! I'm always hesitent to stay at hotels with the motel-style outdoor entry. But this one definitley did not fit that stigma. Everything was updated and modernized. Linens were very soft and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard. There was an odd outlet that had been half-covered with a wall when they renovated, making it unusable (is that a safety hazard?). But overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

For the price, this was a great stay. It’s an EconoLodge, so it’s basic. It was recently remodeled and it was clean. Parking was back off the street so it felt safe. I liked the mini fridge because it had separate doors for freezer & fridge (so my carrots didn’t freeze)
