We got to motel it was closed for season. Went to the Super 8 was told to check at Beartooth Inn that was where our reservation was changed to but didn’t receive any notification After we finally got there it was OK but should have been notified because it was late when we got there and know what what we were Supposed to do

Room looked lived in already!
We checked in only to find the room had two double beds when I paid for a king bed. The toilet paper roll was empty and down to the cardboard. There was dark hair in the tub. The beds were rumpled, and the lampshade was crooked. It totally looked like someone else had been in the room before us. I went back to the office. The woman said it was the only room left. It was gross. I demanded a refund and we went down the street and stayed elsewhere. It was fairly cheap, but even so, you expect that the room be tidy and prepared for the next guest. I was concerned the sheets might not have been changed. No way is it even worth the fairly lower price that we paid.

Quiet stay, budget motel
A budget stay in an expensive city, relatively speaking. The room was clean but basic and worn. The property was not well maintained with overgrown landscaping and bottles and cans in the parking lot. Wifi was very spotty, and this appeared true of most locations in the area. Quiet stay, friendly staff.

Ugh! Urine!
There was urine on the floor in front of the toilet. Only 3 pillows for a king size bed. The carpet looked like it hadn't been shampooed ever and needed a good vacuuming. The bed made awful noises and was VERY uncomfortable! I wonder stay here again nor do i recommend it to anyone.

Morning clerc not even paying attention what I was asking bed was not good condition the evening clerk came to our room and told she is going to report to manager. I don’t think she did I don’t recommend anyone to reserve this hotel.

Room was dirty, handle in the shower fell off. There was no smoke detector in the room, just wires. Floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in days. Horrible smell in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. My car battery died onsite and they let me keep my car there for 2 days and recommended a mobile mechanic who diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Quiet location and walking distance from a few restaurants. Enjoyable 4 day stay.

The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom wasn’t great. There was a dingy permanent mat in shower, no surface to put soap or anything in shower and it drained slow and you just stood in the water. The bathroom fan was loud and the toilet had no lid and wasn’t really clean.

If you need a bed and a shower…
We just needed a bed and shower. The price is right and don’t expect more. Coffee in the lobby in the morning. It was ok. Any food is pastry in a sealed plastic bag. We just ate our protein bars and found a coffee hut.

Great staff in a budget motel
This is a great budget hotel in a good location. Remember, it is a budget hotel so lower those expectations. They have clean beds. Room condition was ok. Location is good. The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and super helpful staff.
