You will be staying in a cozy 4-room house with a total area of 140 square meters, spread across two levels. The living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only), a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. There is also an exit leading to the terrace. On the main floor, you will find one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Senseo capsules for the coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor consists of one room with a French bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and another room with a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.

The property is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. Electric heating is provided throughout the house.
