“The room was listed as accessible in a hotel with no elevator. We assumed it would be on first floor. When we got to the hotel we were told the only room available with 2 queen beds was on second floor. This was very difficult for us as we had an elderly person with us that was not very stable on her feet. Very disappointed that it was not clear up front that they did not have an accessible room available. "Breakfast" was an even more disappointing event. Never again!”
“Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Shower was for wheel chair, water drained into middle of tile floor in front of the toilet so had to walk in water to use toilet. Hot breakfast was poor quality except waffles.
Only fresh fruit available was tiny apples.”
