Room was clean and walking distance to many locations but the front desk staff not very helpful when checking in. It just looked like a coffee shop and I didn’t even know it was check in until I asked if this was where I checked in. They handed me the room keys but didn’t tell me the room number or about any amenities, until I asked my room number and what they had at this hotel since this was the first time staying here. When we checked out, the front desk person was also the coffee person which held up check out. Parking was expensive and seemed short staffed, as many times only one person working and multiple cars need to be parked or were being picked up and staff said they were running between 3 hotels. Room was tiny for the price, so the value wasn’t great.

I loved my stay if I’m ever back in Pittsburgh with another person I’ll definitely book here again

Overall, this was a fine stay. The front desk and restaurant staff were standouts with their service and cheerfulness. I found the timing of housekeeping to be strange. I checked in very, very late on my check-in date and was out the entirety of the next day. When I returned, the room had not been made up. I then went out the next morning, returning midday. The room had still not been touched, and then housekeeping came around 4 p.m. when I was relaxing, so that didn't work for me. I checked out the next morning, so suffice it to say, I had a lackluster experience specifically when it came to housekeeping. Otherwise, the room was clean when I checked in, and I enjoyed my stay and time in Pittsburgh. Oh, and I wish room service were available. I called down for it one morning and was told it was unavailable. Because there are so many restaurants in the area, I grabbed something on my way to my appointments.

Property manage me were very responsive. We added one more night close to our stay because we realize our flight was arriving super early, so we reached out, problem solved. Also, we got good recommendations on what’s around the area to eat and local sight seeing places not promoted on the internet. Overall, best customer services all around
