“We had a group of 8 and the property was set up great for a group with plenty of beds, towels. The manager was nice and helpful. The kitchen could have had more utensils, a kitchen sponge, kitchen towels and house instructions. We were disappointed that the fireplace did not work. But the heater worked great and kept us warm.warm. ”

“I arrived at the house right at check in time and the code would not open the door. I tried to contract the owner but heard nothing. I realized that my e-mail had a 30 minute later check in than the website so I left and returned 30 minutes later. The code would still not open the door. After trying to get help from the owner - heard nothing and VRBO for around 45 minutes I left as I was in the cold with my 83 year old mother and 15 year old. We never got in. “Eveything was clean and private. We thoroughly enjoyed having an inexpensive cabin with running water close to Chena Hot Springs! It had all the amenities needed to save money on cooking at the cabin. We were grateful for the convenience of speaking to the owners about road conditions and what was open in early spring. We highly recommend them and will be coming back!”

“This dry cabin was a perfect way to try to experience my Dry Cabin Alaskan Dream for my vacation out in Fairbanks. Kassie and Garret were great hosts. They would check in if I needed anything, which was nice since I was a solo female traveler. The cabin was cute and cozy. Definitely recommend bring a book or games to keep you occupied while your there. It was peaceful and since I’ve been on the go since I started my vacation in Alaska. It was nice to be with myself and enjoy some fresh air in……

“Great little place in a great location just outside of main North Pole. My coworker really liked the outside bench swing while the property has other great amenities such as a fire pit and a sauna. The inside was very nice with a full kitchen, a nice living room with two big couches, and the upstairs had a couple beds. Fantastic place where I hope that we can stay again.”

“Clean and comfortable for the most part. No sink in the very small bathroom was interesting, but it’s right off the kitchen so not that big a deal. Hosts were great… replaced a missing hairdryer immediately. Mostly used the place as a place to sleep, as we were visiting our son and spent a lot of time with him.”
