There are issues with the amenities in my room on floor 5. The hair on the beds is a concern, and the toilet, phone, and ice machine are not functioning. I contacted the front desk, and they informed me that maintenance would address these concerns in the morning. I will follow up at that time. It's worth noting that I had to use my cell phone to make the call. There was hair on one of tge beds

I got a bad feeling when I pulled up to the lobby and two police cars were sitting in front. And it went downhill from there. Loud music playing and it was almost midnight. Stood in line for a half hour just to get checked in. The room was musty. The bathroom was dirty and the bed beds almost touched the floor. Wouldn't put a dog in this room. Thanks Expedia for your misleading reviews
