“This was a great little place on the beach with an awesome view. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Awesome place to stay if you're in Matagorda. ”

“This is the second time we've stayed here and very much enjoyed it! We did notice that there were towels left in the dryer and the floor needed to be swept. The beds were made and the bathrooms were clean. That didn't affect our stay and we love the location! We will be back again to see Donna El Gotto! Also, the grass needs to be cut.”

“This place was amazing. We go fishing annually and this was the best fishing spot we’ve been to hands down. Cabin was roomy, the only downfall was the hot water was broken in the trailer but he let us know and there was an outdoor shower with hot water. We caught so many fish it was crazy. Lots of variety, unlimited trout and catfish, 2 flounder, 1 shark, 2 blacks, 4 reds and 2 sting ray. In the shallow water around the camp we caught crabs to fish with and even caught 3 soft shell crabs for……
