Upon arrival we noted air conditioner was not cold. Very nice Ms. Emily helped reset and it was cold for a minute. She called engineering. We had to leave for an event and when we returned to the room much later noted it was still high 70's. Restless, hot night of sleep. The band was fabulous, all staff great especially Marie, Willie, Griffin.

The Room was nice Enough. Room had plenty of space. Frig worked well. Beds were comfortable. Toilet flushed so slow. The bathtub drain could not handle the water during a shower. Water would cover our feet before shower ended. Water pressure was great.
