With its 49m², it offers a beautiful view of a peaceful garden. Its wooden floors and modern decoration create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway. The cottage is located on the ground floor of a condominium and consists of: a bedroom with a double bed a living dining room area with a sofa bed, a television and a four-person dining table a kitchen equipped with hotplates, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery and kitchen equipment a bathroom with a shower a separate toilet The gîte will be entirely yours. In order to satisfy you as best as possible during your stay: WIFI connection is free Cleaning will be done The beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary items for the sofa bed will be provided, Clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel Your stay in a few figures: 12 minutes walk from the Bartholdi museum 10 minutes walk from the Unterlinden Museum 10 minutes walk from Place des Dominicains 17 minutes walk from Little Venice, 25 minutes walk from Colmar station 550m walk from Parking Lacarre House rules: This accommodation is non-smoking.
