"The rooms are fine. But Khalifa who is at the front desk in the morning made our life incredibly difficult and really put a bad taste in our mouths. We needed to switch rooms and ask front desk to move our luggage once it was ready - it was not done. We had another incident where he messed up our reservation and had to keep spending time trying to get him to fix it. He wouldn’t accept that he had made a mistake with the reservation.
