“Unfortunately we only spent one night here. Beautiful property we wish we could have enjoyed more. The included morning breakfast was excellent. A wonderful breakfast plate is freshly made as you enter their dining area. You don't order anything, they just bring you an tasty Costa Rican breakfast - really one of my highlights of our trip. And having Roberto, the donkey, hang out nearby was fun. Although he kind of woke us up early with his donkey "call" - all good tho. How many times do……

“Der angebotene Flughafen Transfer war bestens organisiert und gut beschrieben so das man sich schnellstmöglich fand. Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen und der Empfang der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für die Umgebung von der Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“The couple who owns the place was very nice, accommodating and friendly. You have to pay attention when you first arrive, as the area is not marked very well. the beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was perfect. ”

“We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while.……

“It's out there from the basic touristy stuff so you are not at the Ritz but that is what you come here for. To get away and live with the land. Experience Costa. Close enough to Blue Falls, which should be on everyone's list. Property is what you imagine living in the Jungle would be like. Hear the Monkeys in the morning. The river rushing through the property. Only negative was that me and some of my group wanted to do the zipline, canyoning experience and there was a miscommunication on how……

Die Familie um Jeny und Warren nimmt die Gäste herzlich auf und bezieht sie, sofern gewollt, auch in kleinere Aktivitäten des Alltags……

“We really enjoyed our stay at La Selva. Loved the guided tour that is included and also did a bird tour on the property which was great. Both guides were very knowledgeable and we had a great time on both tours. Multiple trails on the property to explore on our own. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are rustic and basic but we knew that when we booked it so no problem. Dining is cafeteria style which was fine because we were not there for the food but for the nature and the……
