"This Guesthouse is a little Gem tucked away in the heart of the city but without the noise. Property was extremely clean, with all the necessities needed for a great stay. Room was perfect and breakfast was really good. The grounds were well kept and clean. Prices are very affordable. Check in was seamless with Fernando. Nothing requested was too much - All staffs were very accommodating. Breakfast included - prepared fresh and cooked to order upon arrival at the restaurant. The Owner Mr. Henderson was extremely personable and greeted all guests. We enjoyed our time there although too short. If you’re looking for affordable prices, a quiet place, superb service then this little Gem is ideal for your stay. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a phenomenal stay and the outstanding customer service that was provided by all staffs that we encountered during our stay. "

"Beautiful property and rooms. Very lush with beautiful plants throughout. Clear attention to detail with the interior design - a very practical kitchenette and a wonderful shower. Celeste was very responsive and helpful from the moment we checked in until we left. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in La Fortuna and would definitely book again if we come back to the area."

"The view was beautiful volcano views on our patio and at breakfast daily! Our room was decorated for our anniversary on arrival with chocolates and wine. Daily room cleaning and turn down service. Very glad we rented a car because the walk was very long to the amenities since we were in the back of the property. The spa was absolutely amazing and relaxing. The prices for the spa were very reasonable. Breakfast was plenty and lasted us through the day. We got stuff for sandwiches for lunch as they had a fridge in the room which was nice. Did eat at the pool bar one night and was mediocre. The thermal pools were too hot in our opinion. Highly recommend tabacon spa which had over 20 thermal pools with different temperatures they offer day passes. We did enjoy the “cool” pool. Drinks there were a little pricey but very good! The front desk is very helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend this resort! "
