We actually left the hotel and stayed somewhere else it was so dirty. In the 25 minutes we were there, 3 other people checked in and out of us four check-ins three of us left and went to another hotel. Very disappointing. But we were very happy that we found a hotel elsewhere that had availability even though we had to drive to West Point.

Garbage everywhere. Literally none of the garbage in ANY of the garbage cans was ever picked up. Rooms decently clean but cleaning staff never attempted to clean the room. Cleaning staff appeared very unprofessional and reeked of marij smell. All that said, the rooms were clean enough that they weren't so gross as to not stay again. Very close to campus and was quiet.

We didn’t even end up staying at this property due to the condition of the room: crumbs in the bed, blood on the bathroom floor, sunflower seed shells on the floor, sticky places on the nightstand. Plus, the door the room didn’t work properly. We asked to change rooms and the door to the second room was dysfunctional and we couldn’t even get into the room. We canceled our booking and stayed somewhere else. If I could give it zero stars I would.
