"Bouceel Castle was a splurge stay for my wife and I but we only planned on staying 1 night in this area and it was well worth it. We were so impressed with our room, our view, the grounds, the decor... it was a shame we only booked one night. The highlight of course was learning about the history of the home and it's original owner. Very interesting and very sweet that he took the time to share it with us. What more can I say? "Bodde två nätter i familjerummet som ligger längst upp. Det var ett fantastiskt hus fullt av karaktär, med sin historiska koppling. Värdparet var väldigt vänliga och såg till att vi kände oss välkomna! Skulle absolut rekommendera för den som är ute efter en upplevelse och inte bara en övernattning. "

"Rooms are above a Tabac which closes at 7pm (9pm on a Friday). You get the key for the bar/shop which you go through to access the back stairs to the rooms, taking care not to trigger the alarm behind the counter - it’s very loud!! No other bars/restaurants in the village; nearest “life” is in Combourg although there is a fabulous boulangerie across the square."
