Air conditioning was falling off the wall in unit 160 and in unit 163 the people next door kept going out to smoke constantly and since the smoke tray was next door it reeked of cigarette.

Breakfast was underwhelming. A couple of pastries, some hard boiled eggs, and toast. Luckily we had brought our cooler with food so we just had breakfast in our room. Convenient location for all things in Glenwood.

Thank you laurelwood for making our leaky toilet situation right. After a bit of a rough start, we had the most relaxing and wonderful stay. Walking distance to snowmass village. Incredible balcony. Shuttle bus close by. Free, convenient parking, incredibly nice front desk staff. We will def stay here again. My only complaint is no AC. We wish that could be added to your lovely hotel. The nights were cool, but not cool enough for middle age women. :)
