Nach sehr positiven Erfahrungen in früheren Jahren sind wir auch hier mit einer Agentur konfrontiert worden, die mit wenig Verlässlichkeit und Ortskenntnis ausgestattet war. Trotz Absprache über eine frühere Anreise mussten wir 45 Minuten auf die Übergabe der Wohnung warten. Diese war dann auch sehr oberflächlich. Tipps wie wir sie von ortskundigen Eigentümern kennen, gab es nicht. Wir haben erst Tage später selbst herausgefunden, dass es in einer benachbarten Bar frisches Brot zu kaufen gab. Nach den Hinweisen hätten wir 45 Minuten zu nächsten Bäcker laufen müssen.Wir bekamen nur einen Schlüssel für Haus und Wohnung, sodass getrennte Unternehmungen oder auch nur kurze Strandbesuche eines von uns nicht möglich war.Die Wohnung ist klein, aber praktisch und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Balkon war allerdings stark verschmutzt, was allerdings nur bedacht wurde mit einem Schulterzucken.Der Strand ist sehr nah, die Innenstadt aber doch weiter entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen.Auch bei der Abreise kam es leider zu Verzögerungen und keiner vernünftigen Übergabe. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner of the property was very accommodating and came to meet us to let us in a little earlier as we had arrived sooner than expected. It was handy having a lift and a trolley to help with bringing our luggage into the apartment from the car. It was also good having our own parking space. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen, sauberen, ruhigen, gut ausgestatteten Appartement mit Meerblick (den Fotos entsprechend). Wir wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen. Ausführliche Informationen über das Appartement und die Umgebung lagen bereit, nicht zu vergessen, die Flasche Cidre und die Galettes. Concarnau, die Restaurants, der Markt, der Küstenwanderweg...haben uns gut gefallen.
