“This location is just magical! The river is literally right outside the back door. The sound of the river was perfect after a long day on slopes! The large living area and full windows facing the river made for a picturesque setting every evening. The amenities could not have been better! And having a garage is a must! Best place in Pagosa!”

Nice big washer and a backyard with a picnic table and grill. Home stayed comfortable with just the breeze from the windows. Not much in the immediate area so I'd recommend getting groceries on your way in if needed.
