Holiday home rental in a recently constructed villa with exclusive use of the private pool, just five minutes by car from the beaches and coves of Roche.
Capacity for up to five people.

The property consists of two bedrooms, individual sofa bed, lounge-kitchen and one bathroom. Equipped with air conditioning.
Outside there is the private pool, large garden and covered porch from which you can enjoy the cool of the evenings, and there is private parking for two cars.
The house is recommended for families with children, and couples. Most important is that they are quiet people, as parties are not permitted in the property.
Sheets are provided, but bath towels are NOT included.
