"The staff here is exceptional. Everyone kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and maintained. The location is very walkable to many different attractions. I will definitely stay here again"

Two Trees Inn

"Very clean and friendly staff. Convenient walk to Foxwoods if you like walking (which I do). I was there for a dance competition - this was a much cheaper option than on the main property. The gym is a bit sparse and the pool seemed grungy. Also, the breakfast was very generic and the mini fridge was quite small. But overall I enjoyed staying here and would come again. Also, the stairwell smelled like smoke although my actual floor was smoke-free."

"Great location for catching the train, clean, safe. My only complaint is there is a strong musty odor throughout the building. My room was a bit better, likely because of wood flooring rather than carpet. I noticed a couple patches of mold in the bathroom corner near the door. Would stay again to catch an early train."

Best Western Mystic Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was exceptional except for rough toilet paper and no digital clock. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Good A/C. Nice vinyl wooden floors, nice window shade and blackout curtains that close all the way! Breakfast included eggs, sausage or bacon, cereal, yogurt, granola, bagels, toast, mini blueberry muffins, orange juice etc."

"I thought this property offered great bang for the buck. Me and my wife were very happy with every aspect of our stay here and since we go to Mystic every year, we will definitely be staying here again. I got two great nights of sleep- the bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is quiet and actually is more like white noise. The room was nice and clean, and my wife enjoyed the pool. Recommended."
