“The property was terrible. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. My deposit was held for a week. Gigantic property, very few customers, maybe 8. It was like a ghost town. The room was weird...furnishing was thrown together, maybe from a thrift store. It was like the property was abandoned. Stay away!!!”

“Easy access to the beach. Perfect weather. Nicely furnished and updated rooms and bathrooms. The gym is tiny- not much equipment. The location is perfect for Montauk and Amagansett. The staff were very nice and hard working.”

“Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.”
