"The hotel stood out from the very beginning thanks to its quick access to the airport: it is located just minutes from the terminal, and they provide shuttle service every 15-20 minutes, which made our arrival and departure much more comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful: from check-in to check-out, we were welcomed with smiles, all our questions about transportation and local tourism were answered, and they were always ready to assist. A special thanks to Miguel and the rest of the staff for making us feel so welcome. As for cleanliness, it left nothing to be desired: the rooms were spotless, the floors, bathrooms, and bedding cared for meticulously. The common areas also showed constant and thoughtful upkeep. The overall comfort was outstanding: the WiFi worked at high speed, the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In summary: an excellent experience where location, hospitality, and cleanliness combined to make our stay unforgettable."
