“Gave my King room to someone else and put me in a two queen. They said they didn't charge me for the "upgrade". Other than that it's a perfectly acceptable hotel.”

“Two of the lights in my room didn’t work, so I got behind the nightstand to check if it was plugged in - only to find that everything behind the night stand was coated in dust & crumbs. (Also - it was plugged in, just not working) There was rust visible on the doorframe of the bathroom (it appeared to have been painted over several times) and water damage on the ceiling tiles. The room was musty upon entry.”
