Yes, the air conditioning worked well and parking was easy. The room was clean. Staff had to be found for towels which I asked for the previous night for the next day.

The hotel is wonderful The only reason it got a medium on the comfort is because the bed was hard but other than that this is an exceptional hotel with an awesome little restaurant right on the side of it

As a solo traveler, safety is always my main concern. I felt safe and secure in this hotel and I checked in very late in the evening. The entrance and parking lot area is very brightly lit and I did see some cameras so I felt my rental car would be safe. As far as the room, it was very spacious and for the most part clean. However, I did find a few german roaches in the bathroom which is what is causing the rating. It was an okay stay over all for just one night.

The room was clean and well kept. The staff were courteous. I was awakened numerous times between midnight and 4 a.m. by LOUD noises and people taking very loudly for long periods of time from the hallways, front area, and service area.

2.0 Star Hotel Comfort on a Budget

First time staying here, we stayed for two nights. For an economy hotel, the rooms were clean and newly renovated. Parking lot was well lit (corrective action from a review I had read). Breakfast was meh, cereal and wrapped pastries coffee was good.

The lobby area was nice and clean staff was polite and courteous. To the room. Had a funky smell there were roaches, holes in the walls, The air conditioner was cey loud so loud could not leave it on.

Very basic room. And Loud!

So it's not the Ritz... It's a no frills hotel, in a no frills area. I needed a cheap place that was close to the TRF Renn Faire. The room was very basic but a very comfortable bed. My only complaint I suppose is this appears to be a rough neighborhood. The hallway has a loud echo, and I could hear people yelling and walking around all night long.

This place is simple, clean, and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good enough. The staff however was not very helpful or friendly. I was driving 12 hours to get there, and wouldn't be in until later in the night. They called me 3 times before I checked in, asking if I was still coming, to which I responded yes of course. One guy said it was an auto-collect situation so he was gonna charge my card no matter what. There was rarely anyone at the front desk when we passed it, and we always had to ring the bell. The other guests staying there were also very noisy all through the night.

At checkin, it took us 45 minutes to get checked in by one person, (did not speak english). When we got to our room, there were dead bugs on the floor, they let us switch rooms. While we had a non-smoking room the whole building smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. Had our stay been longer than just to sleep, we would not have stayed.
